An initial consultation is your first consultation where we will sit together and discuss your current health concerns and goals. During this time we will review your diet, lifestyle, relevant body systems, medical history, family history and any other necessary information to help determine the root cause of your health concerns.

Any recent general pathology results you bring along will also be examined and I may recommend further pathology and functional testing to better understand your current health presentation. 

After your initial consultation, you will receive an individualised treatment plan within 48 hours detailing your health goals, dietary advice and lifestyle recommendations. Additionally, you may also be prescribed a herbal formula and/or nutritional supplement. 

Please note all herbal prescriptions and nutritional supplements are an additional cost.
